Pickpockets will love the new Spring-Summer 2009 Womens Fendi collection. With frame bags that gape wide open, it will be so easy picking out anything and everything they need, so long as the owner is preoccupied with something else. It would be literally 'taking candy from a baby', as he does not have to even grapple with zips or use a penknife to cut his way through.
Style calls it the 'kangaroo pouch', vaguely similar to the Hermès Birkin, but with one side draped open. Honestly I do like it, with it coming in many different materials, finishes and textures, but it will never come close to the Birkin (so why bother with the imitation in the first place?). And no proper lady should ever be out and about with their bags wide open anyway, it's just not done. Not in my world anyway.
